Official Valentines Roses Hunt

Well, mine from tesco didn't show up, which was annoying to say the least. I finally got through to customer services at about 9.15, while doing the washing up. The (very polite) lady on the other end informed me that they were having a nightmare with this, and immediately offered me the standard refund, and 2 bouquets (one today, one later in the week), which I thought was pretty decent to be honest. They will be taking a massive hit on this, which hopefully should put them right.

Obviously I was very annoyed, but my fiancee saw the funny side, and didn't mind in the slightest. Or it may just be the fact that I had wine and chocolates on standby, just in case.

My order of 12 Kenyan Roses from Marks and Spencer were not delivered yesterday. I am bloody furious.

IF Sainsbury's get in touch with me (they have until lunch) I will point out that one of their rivals (Tesco) are compansating customers by doing the above. See what they have to say to that!!

I was getting very worried when mine hadn't turned up at 17:30.

Thankfully they turned up 10 minutes later.
It was like Hyacinth Bucket behind the curtains at the slightest noise.



I really feel for anyone who'd told their partner to expect a delivery and then the roses didn't turn up.

The flowers I ordered have now shown up - 9am this morning, and a little wilted. I await the promised 2nd delivery later in the week.

I had an order with Crocus and that wasn't delivered, not very happy, just waiting for a reply as to what they are going to do about it.

Fortunately for me, and therefore the rest of my natural life, my wife's M&S Kenyan Roses turned up at mid-day. She said she's never turned so red, and her colleagues were jealous. What more could I want from the situation?....an embarassed wife (who actually really loved them) and a trail of admiring ladies wishing their hsbands had bought them flowers!

Yay.

P.s. I feel for all of you guys whose ladies have not received their roses. I wonder what other forms of compensation will 'stem' from this?!

Had an email a few days back saying they were upgraded to special delivery

knock on the door this morning and a big box with flowers, a teddy bear and some chocolates was delivered, around 9am!!!

My mrs had the flowers delivered yesterday but i think they were picked when i ordered them a few weeks back. I contacted CS and they gave me a refund which i was happy with but when i saw the flowers first hand i was gobsmacked. Absolutely shocking. I have contacted them again as i want more. I was more embarrassed for the mrs as she opened them in front of everyone in work
