No flowers from Tesco, leaving me in deep sh#t. Tesco's in for a rollocking....

Nearly 6.00 pm & nothing.

I did the tracking thing on the Parcelforce website & apparently they have been sittingin a van since 5.01 this morning. I bet they will be at their best tomorrow - NOT.

So annoyed! How can companies do this. If they ask you to specify a date on their site for delivery they should honour it. If they'd said "Sorry can't deliver that day" then that would have been fine!

This sort of thing could lead to a broken relationship/arguments/etc.

As you can probably guess no delivery from Sainsbury's - there goes my surprise. She will probably get them tomorrow - but what use is that when I got a text telling me her workmate had received 12 roses and "how romantic is that?"...

They will probably arive at Midnight :P

Well as far as I am aware, mine didn't arrive. I am not 100% sure yet, as my fiancee is not in from work, but I think she would have rang me if they had!! We last spoke at 5 when I was leaving work, and no word then, so I don't hold out much hope.

Luckily, I have the wine and chocolates on standby, and I'm already cooking dinner tonight. I will however be calling tesco and telling them precisely where to shove their roses.

I just tried to ring Sainsburys. My order is showing as complete. Their automated thing just hung up on me after pressing "2" for service. I want a refund

Like many of you, my Missus did not reeive her flowers either. The royal mail tracking system for parcelforce shows they were at the depot at 4.25 am today.

I think we should all vent our frustrations at Tesco and bombard them with complaints at a coordinated time. It would be good if someone Legal could draft a letter we could all use to complain about the service and no show. I would request compensation and an imeediate refund.

Shame watchdog is not on today, I want to email them next time, corodinated anyone?

I called in Morrisons this morning and got a beautiful bouquet of a dozen red roses for £4-99,a real bargain.
Well in Mrs A`s good books now.
Bottle of pink bubbly in the fridge for 8pm and then an early night.

that's just not funny!!!!! tesco now snowed under with complaints by the sound of it!

We haven't got either of those supermarkets here so I can't check it out but if you have one near, it might be worth popping in to look. That seems to be the best deal on red roses all round at the moment although it is clear that the Valentine's roses war is hotting up
