I don't know if this will interest anyone, but there a couple of indian recipes I've used before that have worked out really nicely.
I've made these bhajis and they're fab. So good we had them two days running (not so good for the waistline!).
I've just polished off 3 of these. They were lovely. OH thought the same too or I'd have ate all 6 of them :rotfl: Much, much better than the last recipe I used so thanks for posting "Who’s that tripping over my bridge?" roared the Troll.

:eek:Surely I've just found another misprint............ was looking through the pages after the breakfast muffin and stumbled across the meatball sub recipe which calls for 500g of beef mince. This is for one person!!! Surely that a missprint?????Emma

I've just bought this book for my OH for christmas. I'm going to pilfer the Korma recipe first though as my youngest has just decided that he loves Korma more than life itself. I'm more of a madras girlie myself though"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

I have made these and they are just like the real thing! My kids loved them. As an added touch of authenticity I even did a hash brown on the side.0 -

If you read the method it says that it makes 10-12 meatballs and you use 3-4 per sub, presumably you freeze what you dont use.
Edit: The description underneath the title for this recipe actually says "This recipe makes enough meatballs and marinara sauce for three sandwiches. The meatballs and sauce freeze well for up to 3 months"0 -

These were always our favorite bit of the big breakfast, so it is lovely to be able to make them at home. They are lovely and so easy to make.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01
