I bought this as a stocking filler last year...must get my husband to look it out again. We made the double burger tasted just a big m*ahem*.. like a take away burger! I was originally disappointed there were no pics but i agree, really no need.

    hi Nanamia,
yes that would work :) I do it with a Fajita mix (slightly different from Kenny's) & just add 3 Tablespoons which is all the 'spoon' measures from the original recipe added up
if you bulk up Kenny's Fajita mix, you'd need 2 Tablespoons + 2 1/2 teaspoons, I'd just use 3 scant Tablespoons

multiples of 3 are easier to work out because 3 teaspoons = 1 Tablespoon, so 12 x the recipe with the ingredients in the order they're shown in the book (can't write it all out on account of copyright)

    bulk Doner seasoning

    4 Tablespoons
    4 Tablespoons
    2 Tablespoons
    2 Tablespoons
    2 Tablespoons
    1 Tablespoon
    4 Tablespoons
    2 Tablespoons

    then you'd use 1 Tablespoon + 2 1/4 teapoons of the mix, again, I'd just use 2 scant Tablespoons <--- CORRECTION :o

remember to give the bulk mix a stir before using, as the ingredients will settle with the herbs on top & finely ground things on the bottom

    Hi

Would you share your fajita mix recipe please?

Also, I have the book and was wanting to make this honer mix in bulk. Is the last 4 tablespoons on your calcs correct? In my book the actual bit listed is just 1 teaspoon unless Im reading it wrong?

    Thanks

I'm supposed to be on a get healthy campaign but I guess once a fortnight won't hurt as long as I pick something not too bad :)

Is the second book any good? Or should I wait until I've tried to use the first one?

See I use it to be more healthy. You can use the freshest/lean ingredients. I think the doner is really healthy. Lamb mince on a rack so all the fat drains off, fresh pitta, lots of salad. Fabulous.

Second on is good too, just different recipes.

    Enjoy.

The second is good yes, not as much in it I use as the first but its well worth the few pounds it costs :o

I think I tried everything the first few weeks, I ate so unhealthily but now I use it as a treat or in place of a weekly takeaway.

Plus there is lettuce on a big mac, right? :D;)
