I think the last time I made Lamb Doner Kebabs (1st book) was Christmas Eve last year.
Do most people use ground black pepper or cracked black pepper?
I am sure I have used both types but can't remember which gave the better result.

I think cracked black pepper gave a better result.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0

There are no pics at all in the book, not even black and white ones so it won't make any difference Dave.
