    I think the last time I made Lamb Doner Kebabs (1st book) was Christmas Eve last year.

    Do most people use ground black pepper or cracked black pepper?

    I am sure I have used both types but can't remember which gave the better result.

    I think cracked black pepper gave a better result.
    CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J

    i used ground black pepper done the job.

    To be honest I thought that was the case because I remember seeing black flecks in the meat.

    i was thinking of getting this on the kindle app on my phone but there'll be no pics?does anyone else have it this way?..will it make much difference i do know what kfc looks like anyway:)

    hi, there is no pictures in it at all just the recipes hope this helps

    There are no pics at all in the book, not even black and white ones so it won't make any difference Dave.
