my book arrived today from play.com, had a look through & think even i could manage to make something from there! i especially like that most of the recipe amounts are for 1, although the recipe for southern fried chicken is for 1-2 people & uses 5-6 pieces of chicken:eek:, rather alot for 1 person (even with my big appetite & love of kfc!). maybe i missed it but i couldnt find a recipe for the gravy you get at kfc, i was really hoping it would be in there, maybe one day i will discover it:D.'there goes an old transexual, last seen heading south,

Mine came last week and we made the Donner Kebab receipe and it was really nice!
Was a bit sceptical when peering at it through the oven door but it tasted good and even dh enjoyed it and he is very fussy:D

will have a rummage through my kitchen cupboards to see what ingredients i already have & what i need to buy, garlic & onion powder seem to be used in a lot of the recipes, dont think i have any in so will have to wait a few days to have a go but its good to hear that you've had success, let us know how the fried chicken turns out, i have the same problem getting flour to stick!'there goes an old transexual, last seen heading south,

I made the instant pizza sauce tonight to go on a tortilla pizza and it was really nice, I'd put a little less herbs in next time though I think. It asked for 1tsp and I put in a little more than 1/2 and it was still too much IMO!Mummy to
