  • im going to have a crack at the lamb doner kebabs for tomorrows dinner, or maybe tonights if i get impatient :) anyone got any tips, i seem to recall a few folk saying something about slicing it thinly and how to do it easily?
  • i found a big sharp knife worked for me, some others have prefered to let it cool, slice it then warm the slices back up.

I have just looked and it doesn't show any recipes and this is the first time I have looked.

A bit daft putting them on there really as the kebab recipe is one of the main ones people buy the book for!
I know that's what I thought but when I looked earlier it definitely showed the recipe for hamburger, chicken sandwich burger, fish fillet and doner kebab? It also showed the ingredients for a few others but not the method. Very odd.

I've just been and had a look and theres a look inside on mine. It seems to show a whole lot of pages though which seems a bit odd. Not all in order but the first 15 (maybe) are there then page 22 and loads more.

That's funny cos I can see loads of recipes - it looks like a few pages of each chapter, so it includes the hamburger, doner kebab, chicken kebab, basic curry sauce, fish in batter etc etc. Strange isn't it?
