Just ordered my book today, cant wait for it to arrive :-)

anyone got any tips, i seem to recall a few folk saying something about slicing it thinly and how to do it easily?

i found a big sharp knife worked for me, some others have prefered to let it cool, slice it then warm the slices back up.Nonny mouse and Proud!!

I have just looked and it doesn't show any recipes and this is the first time I have looked.
A bit daft putting them on there really as the kebab recipe is one of the main ones people buy the book for!Dum Spiro Spero0 -
I've just been and had a look and theres a look inside on mine. It seems to show a whole lot of pages though which seems a bit odd. Not all in order but the first 15 (maybe) are there then page 22 and loads more.Emma :dance:

Yep, I saw inside, Amazon do that a lot but I def can only see a few pages from the front inc a list of recipes and the back cover etc but no recipes.0 -

That's funny cos I can see loads of recipes - it looks like a few pages of each chapter, so it includes the hamburger, doner kebab, chicken kebab, basic curry sauce, fish in batter etc etc. Strange isn't it?0 -

Yeah me 2 I can see burger, chicken sandwich, fish fillet burger, lamb donner, chicken bbq kebab, chick shashlik kebab, fish in batter, chip shop chips and pot fritters recipes...............just thought that was quite a lotEmma :dance:
