i would recommend the beef chow mein and the chicken balls in sweet and sour sauce , both dishes simple , quick easy to prepare and very very tasty
we too like the sausage patties though havent been near a mc D's for years0 -
the chicken balls with sweet and sour are one of my kids favorites:j I love the sweet and sour sauce its not watery and vinegary like my local chinese
we have had mega burgers and sausage and egg mcmuffins a few times and the tika masala has replaced our usual saturday night curry night and saved us a fortuneI cant believe how easy nann breads are to make
Ive made quite a few things from it the garlic bread and garlic mushrooms are good0 -
The vegetable pakora is amazing - made it 3 times and everyone loves it. Took a load to a party last night - everyone there is now going to buy the book too :rotfl:0

it doesnt need any tweeks nicki:D once you have your basic stock and chicken tika cooked its pretty straight forward
oh there is one dont forget the nann breads they are gorgeous:D0 -

Hiya - we tried the lamb kofta kebabs, they were OK (the red kebab sauce was GORGEOUS), but I didn't think they were really like the takeaway. More chilli next time methinks ...
Has anybody cooked both the doner kebabs, and the lamb koftas who can say whether the doner kebabs are similar to the lamb koftas but just bigger (before slicing obviously!)?

thanks LOL , mid way through marinating the chicken - my husband now reckons he has the best wife ever, as I would never allow us takeaway food before as I thought it was a waste of money LOL he has had more takeaway food in the last week than he has in the last 3 years
my £4.99 pie maker has just arrived so going to have to find the time to test that little bit of equipment out now! OH just said, could you not put some of the chicken tikka in a pie LOL lets see if there is any left first;)0
