I can cope when my nails are short, when they're long I hate it too.

Well, my copy finally arrived today - first post for seven days! Woohoo! I don't know why I'm excited though, I'm snowed in and can't get out to get any ingredients. Ah well, at least now I can have a good look through it and menu plan for when I do get out. :j0

I have just followed the choc chip cookie recipe to the letter. The dough was really sloppy and had to add loads of flour - event then it was impossible to roll it into a log shape!
Do you think I should just keep adding more flour? I'm just going to have a go at baking them. Hope they turn out as it's a real waste of all those choc chips!
Edited to add:- Just done three of them in my Halogen oven - took about 8 minutes - they are lovely.Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

Mine was quite sloppy as well, I just added more flour until it was the right consistency.0

You all convinced me!
I bought the book and this morning I made an egg muffin and it was delicious! Never had the fast food version so not sure how close it was.
I want to try the pizzas to save a fortune spent on takeaways.

Just done an online food shop and added Donner Kebab, Chilli Chicken Chow Mein, Big Mac, Fillet O'Fish and Chicken Korma to my shopping list. Can't wait to eat all that goodness....
