    Me too... they are anaemic in the middle and starting to burn round the edges, book says 7-8 mins but they've been in for 20 so far :rofl: may move them down a shelf

    Lol they just wouldn't cook though, they were all damp and doughy... they were in for 50 mins altogether :p Gave OH one to try and he said 'it aint good!' so the rest got frisbee'd out the back door for the birds :D LOL

    They weren't that bad :D raw looking on the top but burnt underneath... you wouldn't know I used to be a dessert chef would you!! I can make all manner of meringue roulades, profiteroles and other stuff like that but I can't make simple cookies!:rotfl:

    Where did people get their fenugreek leaves from? I normally do a shop from Tesco online but didn't see fenugreek leaves on there, but they had powder or something?

    I want to make the South Indian Garlic Chilli, it costs us £15 when we order it from the takeaway :eek: Pretty sure it wouldn't cost that much making it here :p
