Me too... they are anaemic in the middle and starting to burn round the edges, book says 7-8 mins but they've been in for 20 so far :rofl: may move them down a shelf

Lol they just wouldn't cook though, they were all damp and doughy... they were in for 50 mins altogether Gave OH one to try and he said 'it aint good!' so the rest got frisbee'd out the back door for the birds LOL

They weren't that bad raw looking on the top but burnt underneath... you wouldn't know I used to be a dessert chef would you!! I can make all manner of meringue roulades, profiteroles and other stuff like that but I can't make simple cookies!:rotfl:

Where did people get their fenugreek leaves from? I normally do a shop from Tesco online but didn't see fenugreek leaves on there, but they had powder or something?

I want to make the South Indian Garlic Chilli, it costs us £15 when we order it from the takeaway :eek: Pretty sure it wouldn't cost that much making it here
