Which M&P range have you gone for?

Ladies with hip pain - please help....what can I do? I've had it on and off since about week 20. It usually comes for 2 or 3 days then goes for a couple of weeks. But I've had it for nearly a week now with no signs of it easing.

I cannot figure out if it's made worse by walking, or sitting. But I did find a warm bath helped yesterday.

It's mainly painful getting up, rolling over in bed is agony. And walking is sore too.

Any ideas welcome. I am going to bring it up with midwife on wednesday.

Hi, I waited for the 12 week scan and then went a bit mad. By my 20 week scan I had almost everything I needed. I think you are just so excited, it's a way to release it. I would enjoy buying the cute things.

I tried not to get attached until the 12 week scan and then just let go and started to enjoy it.

Hi ladies...

I want to move over from the less than 12 weeks thread. I am almost 13 weeks now. Had a pretty hair raising time last week when I started to have a bleed & I felt pretty sure I was going to have a miscarriage again:( I had one 18 months ago at 12 weeks & this was just the same. Luckily a scan at EPAU showed a happy wriggly baby I'm having to be consultant led due to having a c-section with my daughter almost 3 years ago so I have to attend a hospital appointment on Wednesday. I'm hoping to take Ruby with us then so she can see the baby when I have my scan. I'm very excited & so is she! It doesn't seem all that long ago that I was posting on here whilst pregnant with Ruby...Time really does fly.

Hi Giz, you should mention it to your doc or MW soon, as you may need physio. They may offer you a belt and crutches to help you walk. Also, try a body pillow in bed. I know it can be really painful, I have just been diagnosed again with SPD and am trying to do everything sensibly so as not to end up in a wheelchair like last time. I have been offered codeine also, but you can safely take paracetamol x

news round up so far today

i'm suffering quite bad hip pain, not matter which side i sleep on

have done my insulin and had my brekkie this am and am currently sat with a relaxing herbal tea and a hot water bottle on hip, this seems to work a trick

the herbal tea is to help me relax in general

will get up soon to do some marking - have started mat leave but just found some gcse suff at home:eek:

have got ante - natal class and yoga class later today - so much to do - but also need to get penty of r&r so these two don't come too early

Sorry to hear that this woman is making such a pain of herself Giz this is one of the things about Ebay there is very little support available when you get one of these people who are right chancers harassing sellers. I have so much stuff I need to list but I must admit I am considering not bothering because of all the issues I’ve had with certain buyers recently.

Twoflower in a way it’s probably better that you are busy rather than sitting around not doing anything because at least it keeps your mind occupied. I think you are coping so well and am glad you are coming in to let us know how you are *hugs*

Sorry to anyone I’ve missed – this is the problem with not getting on for a couple of days it’s hard to reply personally to everyone.

Not much going on with me – have started looking at bits and bobs for the baby now. Missed out on a crib last night on Ebay which am a bit annoyed about as it was a great price and as it was local I could’ve picked it up – aaah well never mind another one will come up no doubt.

Feeling rather hormonal this morning, burst into tears at work already – great! Don’t want to be here today (no different to another day really then) but am gonna have to get my head down and plough through all this boring work *yawn*

Has anyone on here brought, used or are intending on having the Mamas and Papas Pliko Pramette? Really like it but was wanting some feedback from someone currently using it
