You know, sammy, we are getting higher and higher up that list.

When are you going on maternity leave, or does the contract run out first??

I know!! Scary how fast it moves!

I'm planning on finishing work the last week of Feb, which gives me about 3 weeks til EDD. We agreed a fixed term contract which ends on the same date, and then when/if I'm ready to return in the future - if there's a job, great - if not, hey ho. I know this situation wouldn't work for everyone, but for my part I don't feel pressurised into going back, and for their part, they don't feel pressurised in keeping a job open for me in this current climate. They really did me a favour by giving me a job as it wasn't a vacancy they had open. It gets me out of the house a couple of days a week, pays the mortgage and allows me to build up my weeks for my MA so I can contribute once bubs is here :)

What about you? When do you plan on going on ML?

A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Well in terms of pay, the same time as you, but really a week earlier (20th Feb) as it is half term first.

13 working weeks and two days...
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

Krystal - Thanks for the link. I shall download the appropriate docs :)

Cheered myself up by having a slice of Malteser tray bake yummy. Was supposed to making it with dd but she fell asleep most of the afternoon, poor wee toots. Wonder if she will be covered in spots tomorrow!

Did you pop onto the parent thread for replies to your veggie questions?
