Thanks Sam x
They didn't tell me why he wasn't there I burst into tears and was told by the lady we saw that she doesn't have the power to make the call on an elective sun roof and gave me a leaflet and told me to think about it for a week and come back :mad::mad::mad:If you can think it........it will happen0 -

I've been so busy the last week, so I hope you don't mind that I haven't had time to respond to your posts, but I have read them all.
Last weekend we had a loft clear out and I've sold my wii drums for £50 on ebayAnd got my PS2 and games on there too. Should make about £100 in total :money:
There is a 10% 4 day event at Mamas and Papas starting tomorrow and I am hoping the Urbo pushchair will be part of it. So we went to view the Urbo for the final time and to test it out again and I started having doubts! So we had an emergency trip to Toys R Us tonight to view the Quinny Buzz 3 which is the only other pushchair that was in the running, but it's confirmed that the Urbo is for us. We're not the sort of people that walk much, so I wanted a lighter pushchair (for getting in and out of the car). And I liked the fact that the urbo is compact. I'm not going to be hanging loads of shopping bags on it (we shop online and I'm not a shopaholic anyway), so the fact that the basket is rubbish is fine by me.
My doubts were when we put the carry cot on it...it's quite low down and I think looks a little silly. Like the carry cot is too big for it. So now we're going to get the Urbo with footmuff, looked at the footmuff today and it looks so cosy as it lines the whole chair. Not going to get the carry cot (the pushchair part lays flat anyway) and we can get the carrycot later if I feel I want it.
@fanta - hello! Welcome to the thread and congratsDon't worry about asking stupid questions as I have asked plenty already.
@emsy - (hugs) hope you're OK.
@tinks - sorry about the faff with the consultant. What a PITA
I have another question, it might be a TMI one. I am now 6 months today and it's hit me that in 3 months I'll be having periods again...before I got pregnant I was having problems that to me seemed related to my periods, but the docs kept writing it off as just constipation (I had bleeding from the rear everytime I was on my period). It started when I came off the pill and I worried at the time that it was endometriosis, although I still think it might be. I just feel that if the bleeding was down to hemmeroids, then surely I would have had some bleeding now while pregnant and supposedly more constipated than I've ever been? But my diet has been terrible and I've not experienced any constipation/pain in bowels anywhere close to what I got pre-pregnancy. I'm waffling. Basically I'm not looking forward to having to deal with this again on a monthly basis, so I have several questions...
1. How soon will I be able to go back on the pill
2. What sort of pain killers can you take while breastfeeding (I was on mefanamic acid before).
3. Is the bit after giving birth where you bleed like having a period? If the blood that came from my rear was 'period' blood and I do have endo, I wonder if it's possible that I will bleed from the rear after giving birth.
Sorry if they are silly questions. I should probably go to an endo specialist site and ask there and see if anyone with endo has experienced the bad pains/bleeding after giving birth.Baby Giz born 6/2/110 -

Ah Emsy sorry to hear that love, dont really know what else to say but keep your chin up honey and keep remembering his bad bits!! That poor girl will soon find out the bad bits, he is her problem now.
Giz - I didnt breastfeed with DD but from what I hear you dont tend to have periods while breastfeeding, nor have to take the pill as it acts as a contraceptive, although its not 100% protection. Sure someone will be along soon to correct whatever Im wrong about lol. The bit of bleeding after birth is basically like a very heavy period, as in, the first 24 hours you will be getting through pads every hour/2 hours, it does slow down after that but is still quite period like, you will lose clots too, scared the !!!!!! out of me when that happened but its completely normal. Not sure what happen re the rear end but that doesnt sound normal! I would be asking about that now if I were you!
As for the cake naming, thanks for all your help! Babycakes isnt available so have now got BabyCake Delights, I like it!!Sealed Pot Challenge Member 151

Do you, or anyone else know if you get period pains/cramps with the bleeding after birth? I'm just wondering if it's going to be a debilitating as my monthly periods are.Baby Giz born 6/2/110
