  • :wave:hi all, thought I'd pop out of lurkdom again as am now on 1st day of matleave now.
Not really sure what to do with myself, couldn't sleep and have been randomly (halfhearted) cleaning bits of the house. Day time telly is rather uninspiring.
Can't believe my EDD is just under 3 wks away already...
  • If they are both girls your swimmers are worth their weight in gold to rich women who have 5 boys and are desperate for a girl a record of 9/9 would be impressive.

Don't think i'd be forgiven by OH for making the sale though :D

I swear I have been rocking like a mentalist and no joy.
..this baby is in control. Not me....well, until it is born at least.

I'll swap the IFS for knicker checking...not sure if I'm leaking wee, water or bog standard discharge:o:o
Oooh, don't even mention the knicker-checking...I'm having the same problems but don't think I'll be posting a gusset-shot any time soon. :D

GFH, I'm so jealous! I sooooo want a choccy Lab!! Mine will be a boy called Charlie. I've got it all planned already - I will get him one day :p Can we see some pics?

She is just a twinkle in her Daddy's eye at the moment, planning to get her around Feb 20th.
    I like Nutella!

Ladies, you can say no to a sweep you know, especially if the MW has long nails, how desperately unhygienic!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

    Hi Jade

You sound very similar to me! I too have about 3 weeks to go and have just gone on maternity leave. I am right there with you on the not being able to sleep and pathetic attempts to clean the house! Might attempt to wash some baby clothes and bedding today - at least I will have achieved something! :)

  • We're thinking of buying the babybjorn bouncy seat thingy tomorrow when Boot's 1200 points offer is on (when spending over £50) from tomorrow.
Am in 2 minds whether to get the toy that goes with it, is it just me or does the rolley-eyes face in the middle look a bit freaky? (it can go cross eyed depending how you move it). Tried to post a link but I'm not allowed as I'm a new user on MSE..:(
  • Morning (just) lady Bumps

Just been readin and have already forgotten who was doing what so I will do the obligatory welcome to any newcommers (don't remember seeing any though lol) and labour vibes to all who need them, and from what I can see there are a few of you all going to drop at once.......

I was just reading about the ladies who have had colposcopy. I have had 3 of those in the past few years so does this mean I may not carry to full term??? they didn't mention anything about it when I was giving my medical history etc :S although I suppose they wouldn't would they??? Sorry just wanted to ask that.

Am back at work day 2 and am getting pain in my left side running into the top of my leg :( it's more uncomfortable that anything so think I might wrap myself up and go for a walk on my lunch break.
The pod landed and produced baby Timothy on 10th March 2011
