At 1.30am I caved and gave her another bottle, she wanted more. This went on till 3 am when OH said just try one more bottle. She slept till 9am! I am so tired as I hadnt managed to fall asleep by midnight, and it took me till about 3.30am to get off to sleep. Grump over with. Am off to a nearly new sale in North Bridge, Halifax today. GFH yep we have the 4x4 will def need it. I also bought a coulple of sledges on Thursday, might invest in a huskie too lol.
I live in the back of beyond, and we need a 4x4. People laugh at me, but its not funny being snowed in and having two small people to feed and no way of getting to shops.
Stocks of logs, candles, matches, kindling, food that will keep and a spare freezer for milk and bread also very handy!!
Also our work are threatening to dock our pay if we can't get in on snow days...
sammy and legs you gorgeous girlies you.:T
New here is have found a possible litter of puppy dogs, not born yet, but more than a twinkle in their Daddy's eye!
ema0 really weird dreams are the norm for me since I became pregnant, and I dream about every far fetched horror I can ever imagine.
You will be fine breastfeeding if you stick at it, if I can do it you def can.

I don't want anyone to think I becoming neurotic, but I'm a little paranoid about having a sore throat this close to deing due. I'm starting to worry if I have the baby and kiss it, I might pass on something. Is Strep B something to do with a sore throat? Any input would be appreciated. Spot the first timer!0

Honey its me making you worry, one thing is an infection that can lead to stillbirth, the other is a sore throat, kissing baby won't harm it. I will go and check my facts and come back. Sorry.
In the meantime, ladies, I've started a diary, please drop in and tell me what you think.

sore throats also caused by streptococcus bacteria, but a different strain, I think.
Don't be worrying, honey. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
Hi all!
Have just been skimming through trying to catch up..hi to newbies and liking the bump pictures! I just finished a work project yesterday night (it started mid-Sept) and lots of people said they could really see my bump now compared to the start of the project! (23+4)
I popped onto the forum yesterday morning and clicked onto the stillbirth thread - although a very loud voice in my head said I shouldn't:(
Well, I couldn't read much after a very short while (floods of tears). OH came downstairs at that moment and said he was going to get some security for my laptop so he could restrict my access to websites!:o
Had a question - something I've been wondering about and had for quite a few weeks now. When I bend from the waist I feel a tightening under the bump, across the front of the pelvis - it's a bit like a band or muscle tightening. It also feels a bit like when you tighten your muscles to pull your stomach in (ha, those were the days!), but lower. Don't know if anyone has anything similar...0 -

Morning Ladies,
Sammy, nice bump. I am due the 18th and I still don't really have a proper bump yet!! Boo Hoo. I still have a bit above my belly button then a bit below which just makes me look fat. "sulks"
Ho hum
I'm down south of Aberdeen and have the obligatory 4x4 to make sure I can get out to the shops if need be but as I married a shetlander, he is used to the whole concept of being well stocked up so that we don't need to go anywhere unless we really, really need to which is nice.
Not been brave enough to look at the still birth thread, I am crying at the drop of a hat at the moment and that just would have me howling!!!
Love the teddies Cat, the bee is just wonderful!!!
CL, think that's pretty shoddy from the company that they get the sale then aren't interested in helping you check out your purchase. Name and shame!!!
Other than that, hello to everyone else I have missed and off to do some work. Sigh:jMini Coops arrived 2011:j0 -
On the topic of being over emotional, stay away from the films "Black Book" and "Pan's Labyrinth" when pregnant.
After both of these I cried for hours. Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -

Strep B is the other enddont worry - you probably just have a good old fashioned cold - hope it goes soon though, sore throats are pants.
Have you tried a "hot toddy"?
