That's the same as SMP - the new rate (if applicable) won't be known until the budget but it's usually only minimal!
On the holiday note, yes you do accrue whilst on mat leave but your employee doesn't have to let you have these before you finish - iyswim
I also post rarely for all of the reasons mentioned by others but I do read every post.

Plan is that I will call mum and she will sort everything out and call all who need to be......I do have a pretty sheet I made with about 15 phone numbers on it, with everyone from midwife/labour ward to my DD's best friends mum in case of childcare issues :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I too is knackered and wanna go to bed but I can't:( DHs mate is here watching footie(hence my evening posting as I've been kicked out the living room!) and I can't go to the loo with him in the house:o and I can't sleep without going to the loo 1st...god I sound pathetic:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Evening ladies.
Well that shows how ridiculously emotional I am at the moment. Sold my car on eBay at the weekend, and the lady came to pick it up earlier this evening.
Watching her drive away in it made me well up. I've had that car for 13 years since new. I know if my car was sold I'd be gutted and I've only had it a year...tis an old corsa and I love it along with all its quirks:o:)
