lauren I think sometimes you need to be quite assertive with some health professionals so the tone is probably necessary to get them to listen, good luck with it x0

Morning all.
I have finally sorted out my Mat leave. My last working day will be Friday 10th December, I then have 11 days of holiday to take and so officially Mat Leave begins on December 30th.
It's a bit scary really as I actually like working and wonder if I'm going to hate being stuck at home, but as OH says, it's all new challenges and I doubt I'll be bored for long!
Grrr...Mothercare delivery of our Bug, car seat, cot, mattress etc was meant to be coming this Friday so I dutifully booked the day off, only to get a text earlier from them saying it will be delivered today  No one is in, so I will have to try and rearrange the delivery for Friday.
Why oh why do so many companies just presume that people don't go out to work and sit around the house all day just in case a delivery comes..??Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -
