  • Fuzz - I'm 21+1 now. I'm *supposed* to be at the blooming stage, but I think I'll end up missing out on it, or maybe the nice weekend I had recently was it ;)

Bump is pathetic too, so it's not even as if I have anything to show for it all. I even got asked by one person if I was sure I was pregnant :p

Need to stop feeling sorry for myself though. Aside from the sickness, everything else seems to be fine. You all have permission to look sternly at me next time I mope too much.
If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:
  • Oo eck hngry..hoe you aint one of the unlucky ones who get it all the way through:eek: As for lack of bump...don't worry, you just have amazing stomach muscles;):D You'll catch yourself in the mirror soon enough and be all 'OMG I'm huge':rotfl::rotfl:
    1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:
    [STRIKE]Car Loan = £0[/STRIKE] CCCS Total = £30,246.88 Total Debt Paid off - 32.78%
DFD [STRIKE]Nov[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Sept[/STRIKE]Aug 2018:o Only 75 payments to go:)
  • My current hope is that I'm taking after my Aunt who was sick for 5 months. My 'it'll be over after 12/16/18 weeks' hopes kept me going somewhat. After 5 months I'll have been sick for longer than any of my friends, so I'll get a bit of kudos for that. So it's currently win/win for me :D

Going to take myself and my bucket upstairs and sort through the dozen boxes of clothes that were given to us and put the 'over 6 months' ones in a pile for DH to put in the loft.

Anti-sick vibes to everyone else on here.

  • Oh Hngry I think you and me may be in it for the long haul!! I am still losing breakfast regularly over the tooth brush :o and I was never sick with my other 2!!! Feel free to rant to me anytime.

Glad to hear all is well with the scan though! I had my 22 week appointment today and heard the baby's hearteat for the first time - which was so lovely. I am huuuuuge this time - way too embarrassed to put up a pic - measuring 2 weeks over dates. Loads of people keep saying to me are you sure there is only 1 in there - and I keep saying yes - the rest is flab! :rotfl:

I am just so tired all the time - have no energy to do anything.

Congratulations to Rach (he is gorgeous) and everyone else who has had their babies. Hope all is going well for Gems and JMF.

I would love to be able to donate milk (if I had enough - certaily did with DD1) but don't think our local hospital does that here.

Better go get the tea on DH has blood donors tonight and needs fed first - he is O- and they were phoning him last nght to make sure he is going - they must be short just now :(:(
    DD1 - May 02 8lbs 6oz
    DD2 - June 05 10lbs 6oz

    DD3 - 24th Jan 11 7lbs 9oz

Thanks Ash - I haven't checked when Easter is next year, will have to have a gander. I do know that mothers day is on the 3rd April, would be lovely if bubs held on til then although I'm sure by then I'll want them out asap :D
  • Advice required lovely ladies and bumps :p Just been midwife (35+4) and been told its breech and back to back - aren't I the lucky one :D Anyway I'm being sent for a scan Monday and I've been told that if its breech they'll want to do that injection to relax and turn the baby. Does anyone know anyone that had this done??? Only that they've told me to take my hospital bag as it can break your waters, and I'm tempted to say nah ah girlfriend, until my chap comes home from Afghan late next week. He would be devastated if he missed it by days!!
Stupid thing is I feel great at the moment, just naughty baby thats misbehaving :D

    Welcome ASHeta

Good luck to JMF and Gems - hope you're both getting mummy cuddles :smileyhea

My dishwasher finally came today - I'm in love :D

Is it wrong that hubby ended up cleaning the fridge? I'm supposed to be on official housewife duties (not working) but cleaning the fridge is on par with cleaning the loo - which hubby seems to excel at :T .....now, just to persuade him to clean the oven ;)

Official baby question - how many bodysuits/sleepsuits do we need? I'm building my collection up nicely but DH is freaking out that we've got too many - but we've prob got about 15 ranging from newborn to 6 months. How many do you have?
  • Hi everyone, thankyou for all the replys and support to my post. I am still breast feeding, what i have started to do is express too. That is helping, my dh has been doing one of the night feeds, which seems to nearly fill him up, then i have topped it up. This means i get a bit more sleep and haven't been sat there for five hours feeding, last night it was 2 hours, which i did find hard as was so tired, but dh came and took over. Am still exhuasted but am hoping it will get better. My dh is been wonderful he is so supportive. I am still feeling up and down, i find that for most of the day im fine, its when it gets to about four in the afternoon that i start to feel low and during the night.

I am trying to do little positive things like last night i ended up in tears and my dh gave me a cuddle which helped and i went and got a bath and read a magazine, this did help too. Im taking it a day at a time. I am bonding more now with Alex too and he is worth it, i love him very much.

    Congrats to Rach.

Me! It's called ECV. Most ladies choose C section over ECV as it's quite :eek::eek: and has its risks.
The consultant tried 3 times to turn Daisy and I won't lie to you - it was painful BUT I'm glad I gave it a go. I was VERY bruised after and felt guilty for the stress it probably caused bubs. It didn't work (but now know why it didn't work due to what they found when they cut me open for section:() but it's something like 50/50 chance it will for you. They'll keep a very close eye on you and bubs all the way through the procedure and you'll be constantly scanned. Please remember you DON'T HAVE TO go through with it;) I very nearly changed my mind!

    Turn baby vibes being sent!;):D
