morning. Kids being little gits. arrrgggghhhhh.

We had house viewers around yesterday and I think i overdid the cleaning, pelvis is killing me and really I could do with not going out but nursery run essential. gah!!

Getting a bit anxious about selling home. I feel its already overcrowded with us 4 and the idea or fitting in a newborn plus all the 'stuff' they bring is a bit scary. The idea of moving around EDD is even scarier so who knows. I'm miss paranoia.

My 20 week scan is on Friday so trying to focus on that and not on if viewers will make an offer or not.

Gem/JMF good luck for today, personally I found sweeps and inductions to be a positive thing. I actually plan to ask to be induced around 38 weeks with this one.

Good Luck to everyone with Sweeps or scan or appointments today

So in the end last night I decided to send a E mail to work to tell them. I really couldn't face a phone call this is what I said:

Further to Physio sessions at the hospital on Thursday last week and again today followed by a doctors appointment this evening.

I have sadly and for me personally devastatingly been advised by my doctor that my SPD is so bad that I will not be able to return to work before my due date and as such she has today signed me off work until 2nd December 2010.

I understand from the government helpdesk that my Maternity leave will automatically be evoked from the 1st November 2010 (4 weeks before my due date) this of course fits in with the already agreed date as agreed in my maternity intentions letter and your reply dated 21st August 2010.

Attached to a hard copy of this E Mail will be my Fitness to work certificate (sick note) as issued to me today.

Do you guys think this is ok???:o

Tinks Letter sounds professional to me - don't feel guilty, you owe it to yourseslf and baby to rest - sod your boss. Life is precious...and you are currently the important incubator to that life so go early and don't look back.
Fuzz Will pm you - been a bit crap but so so relieved Mummy Fuzz (the senior one) is recovering well.xxx Also, am I invited to the engagement party?

Bigbird - I'm over the initial buzz of maternity leave too - getting fed up and baby may still be breech, which is worrisome when things had been going so well in this pregnancy
