good idea on the small baby stuff Sir monster! I'm sure if he's early people will be able to quickly get you stuff (I will nip to the shop if no one else offers!) but good to have some in your bag I think. Maybe a pack of early baby/smaller nappies too?

I am getting there with my handover stuff, one more big section to write and i can stop. Have a meeting at 9 tomorrow and another at 10.30 to discuss this so it has to be done!

Reward to myself when it's done is to pack the baby's hosp bag :D

    Hi ladies

Xmas - congratulations :j:j:j Gorgeous name too. Good job you were booked in for a homebirth cos it's looks like you would have been having one anyway :D:cool:

Hope Smartie's okay, and MLSL hasn't been on since this morning has she? Kitkat, I know how fed up you must be, I went 17 days over with DS

It's my due date tomorrow :dance::j Don't reckon I'll have any news for you though. Keep having the odd twinge but I've always thought this date is too early, I reckon the weekend's more likely. Having said that, I've just packed hubby and DS off to the cinema so watch me do it Xmas style now! How funny would that be :rotfl:

Massive congrats Xmas! Lovely name and glad things happened so quickly for you!

Can't remember who mentioned movements, if worried I try poking/ prodding my bump or having a bath. This normally starts off lots of kicking!

Never got a phone in the end, found one in tescos so went to double our vouchers and their computers were offline so couldn't! When it's working we've chose a phone and we'll get that and either a projector for the baby or some other baby stuff.

OH has emptied the shed and is rearranging it lol. V unlike him!

Courgette.... 17 days overdue!? Omg I bet that was awful. Hope I don't go that far over. I actually think the worse bit is people asking all the time if you've had it, think they reckon I'm guna have it and hide it!!

Aw well MLSL. I didn't get any warning when I started with DS, I just started getting contractions, no show, no waters breaking. Mind you, it took 26hours so I had plenty of notice he was on his way, just spent it all in labour!

Back's aching now actually and I'm just soooooooo tired. I'm actually thinking about going to bed for an hour :o

MLSL - If youve had a sweep then the best thing is to have a walk around as much as possible to start things off and dont have a bath or it'll slow things down. I know what you mean about the waters as its the only thing holding mine in sometimes . Good luck

Emsy - lol I dont think so. I think this is my last althou we have said one more. Im fed up this time im huge and like a sloth! lol

You know, I passed a point where it stopped being awful and I genuinely started to wonder if I was even pregnant at all! :rotfl:One of my neighbours asked me today as I was getting out the car if I'd had it. Er, yeah I have. I've hidden it and developed a massive weight problem :rotfl:
