Congratulations to Xmas, what a lovely sounding experience you've had. :j
Decided to get a pack of sleepsuits and bodysuits in small baby as have a feeling he will be in mothercare in the sale and was buy one get one half price, plus used my gift card. Could always take them back if things work out differently. . .

Sir M that made me laugh thought you meant you were picking baby up from mothercare in the sale and was wondering how I could get one. :rotfl:

Kitkat, I know how fed up you must be, I went 17 days over with DS
I went 8 days over with DS and thought that was bad enough, but 17, wow, did they evict him or did you go naturally?

I've had the pm at my friends house who looked after DS this morning, really helped as it meant DS has had friends to play with and I've sat and eaten Chelsea Buns.

I've got Hydrotherapy tomorrow which will be lovely as I'm really aching today, unfortunately I have physio on Thursday for a manipulation session so not looking forward to that.

I've also had my appointment through for my next colposcopy at 32 weeks. I had an abnormal smear results back at 9 weeks pregnant and had had to have colposcopies every 10 weeks as a result, because they can't biosy me, this one will be my last one thankfully until after baby is born when they'll biopsy me.

I went naturally. I always knew that the due date was wrong as his dad had been away when I would have needed to conceive. With this due date to be right, I'd have needed to conceive on day 8 of a 28 day cycle whcih I don't think is particularly likely. I've also been measuring slightly small (about half a cm) for dates when they've got the tape measure out which also makes me think tomorrow isn't my due date. Having said that though, I don't think this baby can possibly get any lower without falling out  Who knows really, babe's ready when he/she decides and that's all there is to it!

Evening chicks, loving the new thread :D

    So, vampire session tomorrow morning.......:eek::eek::eek:

Those who I have bored with my story before know that I am VERY needle phobic and keel over, as I did at my 12 weeks bloods.........they then lost the results, so tomorrow I have:
    12 week bloods
    28 weeks bloods
    GTT bloods.

    Truely pooping myself. :(:(:(

How did it go? (sorry if you already said, not caught up with everything yet).

My nurse was really nice last time and let me have hysterics (before she even got the needle out) without batting an eyelid. I want her again.

Have you tried having hysterics? I find that if I try and 'be brave' and not let it all out I'm guaranteed to faint. Hysterics also seems to keep my mind off it, as I have to concentrate on breathing to avoid hyperventillating.

I have to have 3 more blood tests, which I'm not happy about. Hoping they can combine 2 of them.
If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:

Lil hope your feeling ok after your fainting incident i have lost count of the amount of times i have almost passed out thank fully never have.

Sorry i have missed aload of posts out. Stay put, labour vibes, get well and any other vibes you ladies need right now are being sent in bucket fulls. I will catch up properly when i can :-) xx

You know, I passed a point where it stopped being awful and I genuinely started to wonder if I was even pregnant at all! :rotfl:One of my neighbours asked me today as I was getting out the car if I'd had it. Er, yeah I have. I've hidden it and developed a massive weight problem :rotfl:

Lol my neighbour asked me last week if I had had the baby, luckily she caught me in a good mood or I would have told her to jeff off!

  • hngrymummy my hysterics come out no matter how hard i hold them!! i remember first time i had a blood test in front of OH it was last year, i went into a full on hysterical crying fit i think he was a tad mortified but he also looked like he was going to laugh which really didnt help matters.

i dont know why im so bad with getting blood taken its definately not because of the needle because im fine getting injections like the flu jab etc. and ive had lots of piercings and a tattoo.

well now i know how women put on so much weight being pregnant, my apetite has went through the roof. i cannot stop eating im hungry ALL the time and it seems nothing will fill me! i keep trying to stop myself, the thoughts of having to loose it all are scary. ive only put on 1 and a half stone so far which im told is really not that much, but if i keep going the way i am for another five weeks i will be huge! i should be good to myself and let myself munch guilt free but i know for a fact i wont loose it after bubs is born. im not really good at diets/exercise! :o
