Xmas is back in because the midwife mis-calculated Alex's weight loss and thought she'd lost 10%... It turns out she hasn't but they wanted to keep her in and observe her feeding anyway...

    Thanks for the update
    Updating soon...

Nope no kids yet, this is our 1st but we bought our travel system at weekend so I can easily stick it in the car next time I'm at Asda :D Plus I'm curious now too coz I never thought of that:p
Don't worry about indecisiveness either..have you seen my umpteen questions(probably repeated myself) about nappies?:rotfl::rotfl:
If it helps, work out how often you're likely to use the car with baby if it's only couple of times a week then a fixed seat might be a better choice for you, especially if you share a car, we have decided on the one car seat but have 2 bases, one for each car so we can click bubs in and go instead of faffing around depending on which car we're using:) britax do a 0-1 fixed seat for about £100 which should last til bubs is 2 I think???? and then you'd have the pram/buggy on top of that which will be approx £100 too so costs arounf the same as a bog standard travel system anyway:) HTH a little and not confused you even more;)
Hmmm, we have 2 cars, but we use mine 99% of the time when we're together. And I'll be the one on Maternity leave for a year. I think most of my journeys will be visiting mum. I do my food shop online/home delivery. I'm not one for clothes shopping, so any trips out will be necessities or the doctors I guess.

We're off to Halfords this week to see if someone can explain stuff to us and beg them to let me try lifting it in and out the back seat.

Steffan is quite a common name in Wales, I went to school with 3 of them :)
We're arguing over the spelling actually. I want Stefan, OH wants Steffen.

Lilian - yeah I watch vampire diaries and thought that maybe it might bring about a few Stefans. Wonder if there will be some Bills, Erics and Sookies too.

How do I join the Facebook group? I'm not an active facebook user but would be nice to join.

Tinks - hope the bath works for you.

Why is it that the bad boys are the more attractive ones?!
He's Boone from Lost isn't he? :o He's definitely far more sexy as a bad boy.

Yep, yes he is. Did anyone notice in the last episode of Lost where he was in it again that he'd suddenly turned into Damon? It was very weird - almost like he can only character act and had forgotten how to be Boone!

Hi ladies i'm home thank god i hate hospitals. Alex is fine and feeding well absolutely nothing wrong with her which i knew anyways. If that midwife turns up again i wont be letting her in stupid woman cant add up, booked us into the wrong hospital and she cant read either put my bloods down at bneg when im bpos and told hospital i had given birth there not at home even after describing in detail my home birth, to say she was completely incompetant is an understatement oh and to top it all off she told me off because i refused to go to sandwell hospital as i dont know where it is or how to get there and i havent got a car so wasnt going to P about trying to find it on the bus so she had to make another phone call where she was told yet again she had her maths wrong but wouldnt listen and insisted that they book me in GRRRRRR!!!!!

Anyways heres to a much better day and stayput, labour, turning and all the other kind of vibes you may need to you all :-) xx

I did :) It's so sweet. They make a good couple.

I watched season 3 episode thanks to someone on here posting a link ;):p I really wanted to wait for DVD cos it'd be nice to enjoy it in decent quality on my big TV. I'm trying not to watch anymore though.

Oops - sorry for Lost spoiler! It's not really a spoiler though so you can read it if you like - it won't give anything away!
