hi all
we bought a load of minced beef the other day as it was reduced.. now i have a freezer full of mince so want to use that up really before i go and buy more meat.. dont want to be eating spag boll or shepherds pie every night so just wondered if any one had any clever ideas for mince to make it exciting and versatile!!

Bolognaise
lasagne
stuffed canelloni
shepherds pie
chilli
meatballs
spiced kebabs
hm burgers
meatloaf
mince and tatties
etc etc

i've got a book by mitzie wilson, it just mince recipes. it is fantastic. I can't of course copy the recipes on here, but if you can get to your library maybe you could borrow it.

Hi, check out the cooks united web site there are 156 minced beef recipes, there might be a few on there that take your fancyI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.
