  • Another rubbish day :( Just cannot wait until maternity leave! It's a shame because 80% of the kids in my class are lovely but there a more than a few that just have serious problems! I am heartily sick of having to referee stupid fights and arguments all the time and I haven't got enough room in the class to keep the ones who need to be separated apart. And the Head has taken most of the teachng assistant time out of our class. Plus the Head rewards the children who behave badly all of the time and practically ignores the good ones. It's just so frustrating!

Then DD forgot her kit and had to miss gymnastics, only we didn't realise and got there and had to come home. Tried calling at Asda and couldn't even park! Ended up crying all the way home - for no reason - again!!! I think I am turning into some sort of fruitloop!

OH has been away working since Sunday, DS is still abroad and DD has gone to my Dad's for the night - cue more nagging about the wedding.

Asked OH on the phone tonight if the four of us can't just sell up and run away in a camper van to somewhere...I think he thought I was kidding!!

A campervan might be a little cramped for all of you, or are you just intending running away without the children?

  • Nope, we'll take them. They'll just have to squash up tight. Maybe we'll take OH's tent as well, the one he bought two years ago and hasn't ever used!

7_6_1.gif well, that's ok then.....the tent makes it a far more viable option :D

  • Lol, now that's the first time I've laughed today. Is there any occasion you don't have a smilie for? Where do you get them from?

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • Up early this morning for no particular reason.

Done some household tasks, daily clicks and a couple of surveys. Can't find anything remotely breakfast-y in the house so definitely need to go shopping today. Might have to make do with a toasted piece of almost stale bread and some homemade jam.

Also need to go to the library. Have some books due to go back and they e-mailed to say a book I had reserved was being held. Need to transfer some of my pay into OH's account - one of these days we will get round to opening a joint account - maybe next year after we have been married ten years!

Wet and miserable outside. Welcome to autumn!
