My ex wasn't the most computer-savvy - he used to look up free p0rn but every so often he'd instal a premium-rate internet connection or dodgy software, something daft like that. I'd "tut-tut" at him and sort it out. I had absolutely no problem with him looking at the stuff, in fact sometimes he'd sit on the computer in the hallway while I watched a film in the living room!

But if he ever spent money I would have hit the roof. There is no need to waste a couple's hard-earned income on that kind of ridiculously overpriced, extortionate business. If it wasn't scammed out of your OH, OP, go nuts!

it's a good sign that he has got rid of it now, but i'd be of the suspicion that he's maybe logged onto other things?

maybe have a chat tonight and see what exactly is the reason for him doing it - he gets everything at home that he wants in your opinion, so you need to get to the bottom of it - do some root cause analysis.

    good luck x

I've been through all sorts of emotions with this situation. Pity is the latest - 'what a sad git' is all I can think. :(

can you check the history on pc? sad that you should have to do it, there is always going to be an element of doubt now for you i guess?

He doesn't seem to spend that much time on there. Longest was about an hour

If he's anything like my ex-husband, 30 seconds was long enough. :D

I don't want to be doing that really.

I think, like others have said, now that I've calmed down the best course of action is to speak to him and see what he has to say and go from there.

Was is bad of me to think 'an hour, really?'. ;)

Sometimes I can laugh about it but at other times I couldn't feel any worse.

I know exactly how you feel.

My ex was a persistent !!!!!! user, even though he knew it did nothing for my self-confidence. Every time I went out I could imagine him drawing the curtains, bolting the doors and getting on with his seedy little habit.

I don't have a problem with !!!!!! in general, I think it can be useful if enjoyed by both partners, but this was something he liked to do behind my back and it was this I felt uncomfortable with. That didn't stop him though. Eventually I found I wasn't really attracted to him because of it.

I hope he has the sense to listen when you tell him how this has made you feel.
