hi, glad we're all surviving the snow well. It's very cold here brrrrrrrr. My piggies and rabbit now have a nice new insulating cover for their hutches.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.....Actually I did try with the Aquavac yesterday but didn;t get very far as the joists and the 6inches of fibreglass are getting in the way :mad: (this was once a bungalow so the current ground floor ceiling used to be the roof ).

Damn.....If only I hadn;t got them to use cheapie chipboard panels for the first floor rather than floorboards when I moved in 10 years ago......it might have made "body extraction" a little easier

Glad to see you are not venturing out in this Z....must be pretty pants up where you are atm

Glad to hear that you and your furries are all snuggled up and keeping warm....the weathermen say it's going to get even colder over this week apparently :eek:....not sure I can cope (hence the hibernation )


Hmm..just remembered there are wallabies in the field outside my vets .(got the shock of my life one day while he was examining the piggies to suddenly look out the window and see this wallaby hopping around :rotfl:) ..wonder if they get shut in for the winter?

Depends on whether the chipboard is full tongue and groove.

Otherwise it's keep the heat on, and the insects out for the Roy Castle solution: "Dessication is what you need...."

It is - but at least they're clearing the roads this time - always a bonus...

It really is coming down thick and fast now, there is no way I will be going out in it tomorrow. Its windy as well so there is some drifting going on. Going to get dressed and go out and have a quick play in it x x x x

Ironically it looks like it's partially melting up here - but the wind has picked up here too.

Not snowing though...
