If you really want to know what deals you could have had then ensure you select the Marketing option in My Sky.
I still think you may live to regret signing up as a "new customer"0 -
How much is it to upgrade your Sky HD Box to 2TB?0
-
I think the set price is normally £249, but you may well be able to haggle for a much lower price if your existing box is old and/or you are past the minimum term contract.
Contact Sky to find out what they will offer you individually.0 -
I can confirm today while haggling online for TV with Sport and Movies a cancelled colleague that 50% and £50 was achieved without too much effort. This was after a mailshot. The agent asked if the credit was on the offer !!! The response was a little white lie. They really have no idea what has been posted etc.0

This was going up to £78.50 from 22nd June.
Phoned cancellations where he said sorry to hear you are leaving see if I can do anything, he offered me 40% off which would be £54.74 a month. Said no and gave 31 days.
Just logged on to my sky app and it offers me 35% off for 12 months, then logged onto my sky.com on the laptop to be offered 50% off for 12 months...
Am going to sit and wait for a couple of weeks..
On my sky page it says Stay with Sky and get an exclusive 50% off any TV Bundle for 12 months redeem online..
I went to live chat, told them this along with a £50 credit I said...
He said lets see what I can do as that is an excellent offer from sky. This is what he came back with:
Variety Bundle @ £32 pm (50% off 12 months)
Sky Sports @ £27.50 pm (50% off 12 months)
MUTV @ £7 pm
Multiscreen 1 @ £12.00 pm (Sky Go Extra worth £5 per month FREE as long as you have Multiscreen)(35% off 12 months)
total monthly cost will be £44.55 a month first 12 months and thereafter £78.5 per month.
Also £50 credit will be applied now
I said this will be too much as I don't have sky movies in the bundle..
He said I could cancel MUTV then add it at a later date and the above will be on a rolling 31 day contract instead of 12 months...
I turned it down said would look at BT and Virgin.
I got told that is my choice, could he help with anything else, before I could say no, he had discounted chat...
Will wait till next week and try again, this time saying 50% off sky and multiscreen....0 -

Very few people seem to be able to get discounts on HD pack or multiscreen altho' 50% plus credit seems to relatively common for everything else - hope you get a better offer but ..............:)0 -
Oh dear what did I start?0
-
I'm moving house, so rang up to and asked to cancel my contract in the hope of getting a better deal. I got 50% off TV, plus free fibre broadband for 12 months. I didn't even have to go through the app, the call handler gave me a Sky URL and discount code there and then to sign up.
The deal was for new customers only. so had to cancel and sign up in my wife's name, but no big issue.0
