Well my broadband, line rental and calls are with Sky and i have tv also.
My free broadband offer runs out Tuesday so i did online chat and the result is i was not offered anything not 1p off and my cancelation of all services apart from tv goes off on 16/02/2016.
So that didn't go to well for me.

That's how it's supposed to go. You only get the best deals once you've cancelled.

dont worry they'll call you back. As mentioned in this thread hundreds of times, cancel everything including TV! Make do without it for a few days/weeks if necessary, and watch the barrage of calls offering you discounts :)

I have canceled in the past for tv and very well out of them. The last time was October.
As for the broadband and phone line i was given 14/2/2016 for termination of all my services apart from tv. I have checked MySky and there are no offers for me about broadband and phone line.
If they don't call me then i will be without these services after that date and lose my phone number. I have looked at TalkTalk fibre but i would have to order by tomorrow as it takes 10 working days to swap isp's i think.

Please see my above post re cancelling broadband/phone. After I cancelled they text me. I rang the number and got free line rental for the year.

Be careful getting your phone/broadband cut off. Unlike the TV, which is as simple and instant as flipping a switch to get you turned back on, the phone line takes longer, and you may also have to pay a £30 cease charge if you are not transferring your line to another provider.

Sky cost without any offers = 107.90.pm
Sky cost with current offers = £25

Current package : Family with Sports, HD Mix, PL, BB and Multiscreen. Trying to get fiber added on for an extra £2.50 but no dice so far.

....PLUS it can be virtually impossible to hang on to your telephone number. The best advice when out of minimum term, is to cancel TV ONLY, then when negotiating on renewal of TV, see what deals you can screw out of Sky for b/band and line rental.:)

I've been with Sky for 12 years, and the only deal I've ever had was half price BB for 6 months a few years ago. I've got a pretty full package with all the channels, sports, movies but no multiform or sky go extra, also got fibre BB and phone from them.

Having read this thread I cancelled my TV package last week (27/1) and told them I'd be transferring to a new BB provider - all via online chat.

It's been 6 days now and no emails (bar the one confirming I'd cancelled) or phone calls from Sky. If I log on to MySky it looks no different and I can't see any 50% off offers. They offered me 20% when I cancelled, but I refused.

How long should I wait before getting in touch with them? Should I have had offers on MySky or email by now?

I've never done this before so panicking a bit! Help!!

That is one of my main concerns.
As of now i have not had a call. On MySky there are no offers showing.
The strange thing also is when i canceled in October within an hour there was a 50% offer straight away and the other thing with canceling broadband and phone on my account it still shows me paying the same amount per month for the next 3 months.
When i canceled tv the same day my account was altered to show what the effect on my bills would be but not on my broadband/phone.
Can you still cancel the cancelation before the end date as i have found out today i will be having an operation on 17/2/2016, one day after cut off and i will be in hospital for 2 weeks so i will need a working phone before and after that.

Don't let it get cut off and don't wait for them to contact you. Call their reinstate team. Tell them you cancelled because it was too expensive and ask if there are any deals available if you cancel your cancellation date. The number I called was 03332 022 143. I had no email or calls, nor was there any change on MySky. I got free line rental as my first offer, I didn't push for more. Worst case scenario they offer you nothing, you ask them to cancel your cancellation anyway and when you're out of hospital you instruct another provider to take over.
