Just got 60% off and £50 credit with a 30 day rolling contract. Not as good as you Ziggy Stardust but as I'm getting cut off tomorrow, I've received no offers at all, and it's an improvement on my current deal, I'm happy with it.

It is still good, now good luck with the BB0 -
Coming up to the end of my 12 month Sky contract (£5/month u/l fibre, paid line rental upfront) and trying to decided if I actually need all my data allowance or whether 25GB/month would be enough. BUT I can't find any info on my bills as to how much I currently use each month.
Does anyone know of a way to check this? If I ring up will they have this information? Installing a usage checker this time last year would've been helpfulNovember GC: £50.55/£130. October GC: £72.60/£150
September GC: £131.27/£170. July GC: £62.48/£80. May GC: £135.00/£150

Sky don't show data usage on unlimited deals.
Can you install a data monitor now and even if you get a weeks worth of data from it, you would have a rough idea of what you use?
What do you use the internet for? That can give you a good indication of your usage. For example, if you download box sets, then you will find a single series in HD will probably use the 25GB allowance in one swoop. Same if you do a lot of streaming etc.
You can currently get capped fibre for free but I've (and other recently) seem to have been offered similar to £7.50 unlimited fibre and £5 line rental. Not good enough for me so I'm moving to BT, but gives you an idea of what you can aim for.0 -
I don't think capped broadband is worth the worry of hefty payments incurred by going over limit, as it's so easy to use the allowance up.
My negotiation is coming up. TV is due to be cancelled in two weeks, then I'll enquire about bb and phone after another couple of weeks (less notice needed), when I may or may not go back to tv.0 -
Was paying £57 pm got it down to £27 pm but with no extras but happy with that. Didn't really have any comeback regarding competitors deals was just prepared to cancel if I didn't get at least half. This deal is for 10 months on a 12 month contract. After that we're going to look into Now TV & the like but happy with current bill for now. Thanks MSE.0

I had Sky tv at about £72 per month, BT Broadband for about £15 per month and then BT line rental for about £15 per month.
After a lot of phoning around i got everything with Sky for £60 per month and only lost the movies and F1 of my tv package. Also got first month free and 2nd at half price.
Broadband is quicker and completely unlimited.
Very happy. Had to get through the the person who deals with people genuinely wanting to quit though0 -
Can anyone let me know the best price they have managed to get for Virgin phone and XL TV package only, no BB. ThanksJan Grocery challenge

Thanks, that's really helpful, I do stream a fair amount so it's probably least hassle to go with unlimited but the prices you quote give me some hope that it might be achievable at a half decent price!November GC: £50.55/£130. October GC: £72.60/£150

Hi, just reduced my Sky TV & Broadband from £50 per month down to £16.40. That's saved me over £400 per year, which I'm very pleased with. I was prepared to take my phone & broadband to EE via the MSE link, and go to freesat for TV, which helped with my negotiating position. In the end, I've managed to keep the Sky+ functionality but only on the freesat channels.
The breakdown is
Broadband: Free
Line rental: £6.40 (includes weekend calls only)
Sky+ package £10.00 (no channels beyond freesat)0
