On the OP front sounds like you are doing great too!!
  • Had an odd day, some lovely classes, some stinkers. Loads of "rods in the fire" as the saying goes in terms of projects at work, it's just manic. But enjoyable! Aiming for a week of no spending days, 1 down 4 to go until the weekend.
Anyway, life's good, sitting watching one born every minute, being grateful I'm not a good lady. Ouch. Repeatedly.

  • Not a lady? Or just not a good one?!

Our natives have been revolting today.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
  • Oh bother, just wrote a long reply and it's disappeared. Try again...
I meant to say "like my good lady" - which changes the meaning totally! Any crumbs of comfort re nasty kids today? Ours were revolting in both senses of the word, both charmless and militant.

Give me one positive from today GFH.

  • This is very good. Mine have 6 lunchtimes and an hour and 45 tomorrow, and that is it.

I go on maternity leave then.

OMG just bailed out my trainee who is teaching parts of a plant with a worksheet that she clearly didn't look at or practise first. Grrr.

School had its ups and downs - but I had some more pupils come along for after school sessions which was amazing :)

  • Gratefulforhelp - You know how it is! Some stinkers. The reality is that we're all ready for half term and it's another week away :(
Plus by the time you factor in how hyper the pupils are, there's a lot to digest and stay on top of. Before we mention the work life balance!

Anyway, I'm about to watch the footy - missed the first 37 minutes - who would start a match at 7:20? Makes no sense to me.
