Hi there Spiggle - Please update away
Pavlov's Dog - it's not as good as it looks - the 1k is from the wife as a standing order and the other was the remnants of our December saving. Either way, it's a good start and long may it continue.Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved

Hi OM - wow your payment rate is phenomenal :T and i love your exercise stats
I like the comment about being MF being the best ever payrise - you must feel light as a feather, well done.0 -
Thanks macgirl. I think it's helped by my work not having any shops nearby, so I normally have a 5 day no spend week from Monday to Friday - 5 day non-planned spend I should say, as I have to top up money for food once every so often but I have that planned (about a tenner a week).Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved

A week without an update, not a lot happening, work is super busy, but we're saving hard every day; with the plan to make an overpayment at the end of 2 weeks time. I also am owed a decent amount of money (around £70) from work, am keen to get it out of them; and use that to overpay. So not a lot to report. Generally, I'm very quiet on here at the moment!Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved

Impressive OP's OM. I'm owed £90 from work too which I should have got last month. A snotty email to HR seems to have sorted it now though
Seeing as you are nearly there, what are your plans for when you are MF ?#39 - Save £12k in 20250 -
Another £500 off this month. Once we're MF, I think we're going to take a long look at what we want to achieve, quite possibly get some stuff locked away for retirement in 35 years time - a little could go a long way. However I think the reality is that we would want to move house in the next few years, so quite possibly we will continue saving (although incomes will drop soon) to get a decent buffer to put down on the new house although this is several years down the line.Feb 2012 - onwards MF achieved
