If everyone blatantly avoided fees like this seller then ebay will just keep increasing them.
Ebay need to make money too.
Ye

Ebay will charge as much as they can possibly get away with.
If its so important then don't buy.
EVEN IF THE TOTAL IS CHEAPER.0 -

Ebay don't need an excuse for raising their fees, they're just outright greedy.
When they raised their FVF from 5.25% to 10% I rose all my postage by 75p.0 -

For a next day courier I'd say that's reasonable actually.
Of course they probably should just take it to the post office, but it's not always possible. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

If the OP and others could tell us what the postage cost should be? Of course you would have to know how much it weighs, which courier he is using etc. If he is able to send after 3pm he is not using a web reseller.0

I sold one of these after Christmas last year as my son had been bought two Thomas the Tank ones... I charged £4 postage.0 -
I don't understand the point of this thread, was it just an observation while looking on eBay, or was it something the op actually wanted to purchase, if so then just find it elsewhere cheaper. Don't let it bother you and move on.0
