It isn't bad compared to many.

Although it does say "Second Class Standard" under the listing, the description says this:
"THIS ITEM IS DELIVERED BY NEXT WORKING DAY COURIER"
Still, pretty extortionate postage. As Soolin said, just stay away.

must weigh a ton at that price. ! perhaps they made an error in listing? i don't mind paying a pound or so for handling/packing above the postage on any article, but if he is charging 12.99 for that small box it is a rip-off0

ASK THE QUESTION WHY IS YOUR POST THAT PRICE? see what reply you get, you could always report the seller to ebay for high post costs, as they were clamping down on it a few months ago--best thing is not to buy from them,, as you may feel bitter or ripped off when item arrives and leave them bad feedback0
