    I cant believe this place! i have had exactly the same problems as all!! email confirmations after purchasing the groupon voucher for the hair straightners back in JULY! and placing the order for them on the O Spa site on the 5th of JULY! got the 28 day delivery email!! then following those dates! i emailed O Spa!just got the automated message!

    then got the if you have not yet recieved email to say all will be dispatched by the 15th of august! still waiting!! been ringing them constantly on the custimer service number and get just get the message that they experiencing high call volumes and to contact the spa's!!

    when you do that and are lucky enough to get call answered you just get told that they have no numbers for head office !! and can only email themselves! and to pass message on to customers calling up with complaints that there items will be dispatched asap!
    its utter rubbish!! no one can tell you anything!
    SO WE ARE ALL OUT OF POCKET AND WITHOUT OUR PURCHASED ITEMS!!! THINK I HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH ESPECIALLY AFTER EMAILING GROUPON TOO!! AND STILL HEARING NOTHING FROM THEM EITHER!!!

    I HAVE SENT WATCHDOG A COMPLAINT OF THIS!!! AND THINK ALL OF YOU SHOULD TOO!!! SO MANY FORUMS OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS!!! SO WHY DONT YOU ALL GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TOO AND TRY AND FULL REFUND OF PURCHASED ITEMS AND P&P

    AND MAYBE YOU MIGHT JUST GET LUCKY ENOUGH TO FINALLY GET AN APOLOGY ASWELL AS YOUR ITEMS!!! MAYBE O SPA WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ADVERTISING SUCH OFFERS [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]!!!!

    I complained to the BBC watchdog a few weeks ago but they have not replied either!!
  • :mad: I ordered the ceramic hair straighteners via a Groupon offer on the 28/6/2011 and i'm still waiting. My last email from O Spa was advising me that I would have to wait till the next order of straighteners come in which would be on the 15/8/2011, i have emailed them twice and no one has had the courtesy to respond, as you can imagine i am very annoyed. i have, however, been in touch with Consumer Direct and they advised me that i first of all need to send a letter to O Spa by recorded delivery and told me to use a template letter "Cancelled Goods On Line", which i am in the process of doing, it is worth ringing Consumer Direct as I have been given a case reference. I have also emailed Watchdog and I do believe that the more people complain about this sham of a company then something will have to be done about them, I honestly believe now that its a scam and nobody has actually received any of their orders.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

  • I purchased a product from O Spa London's website on 11th August 2001, and the only available delivery option was to pay nearly £6 for 1-2 days delivery. I have since emailed them 7 times, and every time received an automated reply saying they will contact me as soon as possible. Their customer service phone number is a dead end, so there is no way to get in touch with someone. I just want my money back now but don't know how to do so? Help!!
  • Another one in the same boat - have sent 4 emails to Ospa and just the one to Groupon. I ordered my straighteners on 7th July. Ridiculous.
  • I ordered through groupon a massage chair from O Spa 28/6/11 after countless emails to Ospa and no reply whatsoever i spoke to groupon who advised me to wait a bit longer. i contacted consumer direct who suggested i wrote to ospa head office and send it recorded delivery. i did this only for it to be returned undelivered!! i finally got so fed up and frustrated i contacted groupon and demanded a refund. Spoke to a lovely lady who said she would arrange it and also managed to get my postage charge back from o spa as well!!! i definitely won't buy from ospa again and its put me off buying from groupon too
