OSpa London Voucher - rubbish service

    DISGUSTING.
    Based upon a groupon voucher, I purchased items from O Spa.

    Looking at my account 7 weeks later these items have not been dispatched.

    No reponse to many emails.

    All spas and head office phone normally engaged for hours. As soon as the ring tone becomes available, noone answers the phone, even if i let it ring for over 10 mins.

    In 6 weeks I have not spoken to a single person.

    I will be reporting them to trading standards and I now want my money back.

    Very angry.
  • I fond it interesting that Groupon are apparently aware of the problens at Ospa as I have been in constant e-mail contact with them (Groupon) for the past week or so - not having received a massage chair I purchased with one of their vouchers.

    They tell me they are optimistic I will receive the chair soon and have given me a customer support telephone number at Ospa - which of course is not answered.

    How can they be telling me this when it is obvious that there is a severe problem here? Are Groupon as bad as Ospa?
  • My wife purchased hair straighteners for her work college and herself.

    This was done via a groupon deal. The Ospa London groupon deals that they will be 28 days before they are delivered. It's now been well over 28 days. No sign of them, anyone else in the same position?

    I have currently sent 12 emails to Ospa London and 2 to Groupon in regards to this and have still not heard anything.
    My next step today is to contact Groupon in regards to this. It has been 34 days now since i ordered them, and when i log onto my account on Ospa London it just states awaiting and not yet dispatched.

    A lot of my friends ar ein the same boat.

    I thought I was the only one having problems as well!!! I booked their Senses deal last year as my Mum's Xmas pressie, got the voucher ok, but booking was a nightmare. No-one would answer the phone, the online booking system was down. I e-mailed Last Minute saying I wanted an refund because I couldn't book, they refused....Grrrrrr....

    Anyway, I didn't finally manage to book a time and date three days before the voucher expired....Just wondering now if the the spa we've book at is still going to be there, or if they have even got our booking...

    There might be trouble if it isn't!!!
  • I ordered a voucher via Groupon for a massage chair and placed the order with O Spa in June hoping to have it as a birthday gift in July as the voucher said 3 weeks delivery. Of course O Spa then tell me it will be 28 days delivery which has now passed and no reply to emails sent. No other way of contacting them as the head office number is a recorded message. Even Groupons number is ringing out ... aaaaaarrrggh!

    After reading other posts it looks like I'd better not hold my breath for the order being delivered. This is the first real problem I've had with a Groupon voucher, but it sounds more like an O Spa problem. I will be avoiding O Spa at all costs in the future.

    I too purchased 2 O spa vouchers for straighteners and ordered them 28/06/11 with the additional offer of the second straighteners for 9 pounds. The website still says they have still not been dispatched. I have emailed O Spa several times initially requesting an estimated delivery date and after no responses I requested a refund. Still no reply!
    I contacted Groupon who can refund the initial vouchers and could "try and claim" P&P on my behalf. I tried to speak with a Team Leader/supervisor/manager etc. at groupon to discuss how they can continue to represent a company who clearly cannot provide the service they are promoting, but was told no one was available. They took my number and said someone would call back but I haven't heard anything and that was a week ago! I was told a similar story to someone else on the forum about the new customer service team at O Spa being available but the date I was told was 15th Aug. I called all day, and several times afterwards but like everyone else it rings but no one answers! :mad: [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] I'll update if I hear anything else.

    I have recently commented about the lack and disgusting service from O Spa :mad: Yes i'm still waiting for my hair straighteners which was ordered via a Groupon code at the end of June. Today i have sent a email to O Spa (as telephoning them is a waste of time) informing them that if they have not despatched my order by the end of this week then I am contacting Trading Standards and Watchdog. Its not something i usually do (infact this would be my first time I have really complained to this level) but the more disgruntled customers who complain then hopefully something will be done about this sham of a company.

    I ordered the same thing on the 25th June (for my mums 60th birthday which is very soon). I also took up their offer of the face masks. Money was taken out of my account on the 28th June which I questioned because obviously I hadnt received anything. I was told by both Groupon and O Spa London to wait the 28 days which I did.....and I'm still waiting!

    After numerous emails to Groupon and O Spa London I have had no reply. I have contacted Trading Standards who told me to send a letter to O Spa London Head Office (Recorded Delivery) and quote the Distance Selling Regs. The letter has been sent and signed for at the other end....no reply as yet but they have 30 days to respond to that. I have sent another email to O Spa London Customer Service saying they will be getting an email every day until I receive an explanation.

    Im also thinking about contacting Watchdog. Has anyone already done this? This company is a joke!

    I would just like to say I took it upon myself to write a letter to O Spa head office but did not send it recorded delivery, so i'm not holding my breath, I am so angry with this company and i have to admit that this is the first time I have complained to this level at a company. You have asked the question has anyone contacted Watchdog and I would like to say I sent a email to them on Thursday and I have also stated on one of my blogs that the more people who complain about this sham of a company then surely something must be done about it.

    I am also considering contacting by whatever means possible to the trading standards in London.

    I have just had a call from my partner who went to pick up a parcel from the DHL office. My recorded delivery letter has been sent back 'Not at This Address'. I'll be contacting Trading Standards as soon as possible!

    It may be worth keeping copies of any correspondance sent (emails, letters etc). [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]
