I know someone who gets DLA and doesn't need care or have mobility problems, has a whole in her heart though.
Which could mean she has care and /or mobility needs.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

You don't get DLA just for having a diagnosed condition - if she doesn't have care or mobility needs she shouldn't be getting DLA. (Unless she has less than 6 months to live, that is.)0 -

That's what I thought, but I got told (in coursework feedback
) you didn't need to put two. I argued there were two 'owners', but was told it was overkill. I'm a lawyer, I thought overkill was what we did?

Op you can clearly use a computer so have you thought about data entry ? Boring indeed but it does not need you to get on with anyone else.
I have very good spoken communication skills and can be a team player, I have experiance and can prove my record but I am still without a job so what does that say ? The job market is tough and you need to sell yourself in the best light possible and be less negative.
I honestly don't think it is anything to do with your condition, I think it is just that people want the best person for the job and have such a large pool to take them from.
It is like shooting fish in a barrel now, they can get anyone they want and if you have never had a job it is harder to see you as being reliable, on time etc..Why not do something now like vounteering http://www.do-it.org.uk/ to prove that you can stick at something and to get a personal reference .There is a race of men that don't fit in; A race that can't stand still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, and roam the world at will.

You do not need to have a carer to have care needs.
It is very dangerous to make judgments on people with second hand information.Gone ... or have I?0
