Wantsajob, do you get DLA, as thats not means tested. Most other benefits are though. You are classed as being the same as married if you live together.:smileyhea A SMILE COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING0

No I never applied for it, I thought I would find it challenging and stressful to prove that I need DLA as I have Asperger Syndrome - and I was also certain my claim would be rejected. This link seems to offer concise help for my situation, I guess I may as well apply for it now as I can't get it if I don't try.Wantsajob, do you get DLA, as thats not means tested.

He cant be fit for work and on IB, he says he is looking for a job, so it seems he feels he is fit for work, and as AS is a lifelong condition he presumably had it when he took out a career development loan? when did things change? I think it is DLA he should be on.
