hmmmm tough choice................... go with the PS3 and then get the Wii over here.
At least you'll be 3 months ahead of everybody else in the UK.
If you do get the PS3, make sure you post back on this site and tell us what you think of it."Holding On For Dear Life" - read my true story of when my fiance suffered a stroke exactly 3 weeks before our wedding.

I'd go for the Wii; picked up a PS3 myself and not overly impressed so far (although I'll admit it does have potential). Or alternatively get both and ebay the PS3!0

I pre-ordered mine on the 23rd and its still saying back-order  I wonder what there order is for sending these out! The one I ordered from Amazon on Friday has already turned up so I'm not to stressed about it, as long as it arrives for Christmas as either my boss or sister are paying me for it. I'll try ringing Woolies later and i'll post any info I get on when others are getting dispatched.
Edit: there is a message when you ring cust services explaining they didnt get enough stock, they say Nintendo have led them to believe they will fulfill all pre-orders before Christmas. Had to hang up cos the office phone rang and i'm the only one in! Will try again at lunch0 -

No Wii play comes with just another remote. It costs £35 for Wii play and the remote where the remote on it's own in most places is £30.You don't want much for £35 do you;)Darren0 -

No, the nunchuck needs to be bought separately. In the play pack is the play game and 1 wii remote controller.0 -
Has anyone had theirs from HMV yet? Took the money from me on 30th November, then had the despatch email - but its been continually delayed - although I'm 50th in the list (out of 250) to get one?Never argue with an idiot. He will bring you down to his level and beat you with experience.
