When you're looking for Wii on Ebay, tick the box on the left that says European Union to view Wii sales in europe, the german ones are going for much less, I just won a wii for £214 + £12 post:money:

All this baffles me every year. Who is driving the price up? Kids or Parents?

Do parents need to buy their children's love? Or are children so demanding they cant possibly wait until January?

The PS3'll probably go for £800-£1000 I reckon, but 75% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

They already are going for that amount. My ex husband has just bought one for over £800

I take it that's for a USA/Japan version? Then I might get some bought when I go over in January!

How do we know that it isn't Nintendo buying all the Wiis on Ebay at ridiculous prices? That's what I'd do - ramp up the hype, get everyone panicking, then flood the market with loads of consoles this weekend and clean up. Damn sight cheaper than a multi-million pound TV advertising campaign.

p.s. I'm off to New York on Thursday. How many PS3s do people think I will be able to carry back? :D
