I think most of the listings only selling the game state game only - the ones with the remote included are going for £45 - £65.:eek: I keep eyeing up the ones put away for Xmas, but so far its only temptation.


Anyone buying from ebay needs to be really careful there are sellers selling pictures of wii and email adresses - making it look like they are buying consoles.

I had the cash taken on the 30th and had the dispatch email too, which isn;t a dispatch email really its just them taking the deposit (i.e the full amount).

How did you find out your placing in the queue and what date did you order? I ordered mine on 29th September. My order status briefly changed from On special order with suppliers to ordered with suppliers yesterday but nowe its back to just being special order.

dunno if you can help on here might be better to post on great us buy

but if i buy the ps3 will they allow it back into uk?

i heard rumours because it isnt sold in the uk they take it off you till the release date (again they are probably rumours)

apart from that it would be the usual dodge customs to avoid getting hit by customs charges.

might buy both and sell the ps3 as mentioned by one person.

Don't know about taking it off you, but I have heard that you may be forced to pay tax cos there's only something like £150 or £250 worth of goods you are allowed to bring into the UK from USA tax free.

I doubt if you will find ps3 in the u.s. they sold out ages ago!

Nah, surely not! You have bought this legally and are not bringing it in to resell or anything.

You are technically liable for import duty though.
