Only when I started using Helphire for my claims. Churchill royally screwed me over claiming I didn't tell them the car was an import when a) I did and b) The B4 RSK has never been sold in the UK.

Got shafted on the courtesy cars even with Helphire though. They don't list the B4 (which was basically Subaru's competitor to the BMW M3) and put it through as a 2.0 non-turbo and decided I should have a 1.8 diesel Vectra, which added about an hour to my working day due to being unable to overtake tractors and old people on the single carriageways out of where I lived at the time.
