    I'll let you know when I know hun :) The pumpkin's just sat there......looking at me!

    I'll be making the chicken and onion pie this weekend and will attack the pumpkin then :)

    Hey, it's not Halloween yet, pumpkins are not supposed to stare back yet :P

    I do have to say that, for a vegetable (or is it a fruit ?), a pumpkin can be incredibly expressive, even before being carved up :rotfl:

    If you have any left, don't forget shirl's BNS risotto, kitty's winter squash risotto and kitty's butternut squash tarts all of which I think would be fab with pumpkin :)

    Just remember pumpkin has a higher water content and adjust liquid accordingly ! Else you'll be swimming in it.....:cool:
  • Hmmm swimming in pumpkin...nope, dont think I've ever done that, is it good for your skin? :-)
    Eat food, not edible food-like items. Mostly plants.
