Hi sami, nice to see you :) If you do try a salt-less version please do let us know how it goes and I'll quote you! :p Also yes, sorry you need to double it to fill a 23cm springform, Aless halved it but not sure what her tin size is?
I didn't spot the half quantities  My only other 'tin' is a 9cm / 7 1/2 inch silicone round, its barely 4cm deep tho.
    I await aless' appearance :D

Aless just confirmed her tin was 20cm (8in) diameter, 1.5in deep (about 4cm). That was my size of tin too, and the result was nommy (DD and I could not wait any longer to sample it).

Please feel free to ask me specific questions and then maybe I can answer your queries properly.:)

Thanks so much for this Poohbear, you're a star! :A Very helpful stuff, thanks for such a detailed answer. You've given me loads to go on there, but if I have any questions I'll ask. :)

    Cheers m'dear!

sian I've just spotted that you said 'another' in your message, if this question has come up before, I'm wondering if i need to do a FAQ about it?

Ah, maybe that was a problem with my punctuation. Should read "Another e-mail has come through. It is asking about fat and dieting"
It may be a useful thing for people to note, does the planner explain that though there are 4 family members you have allocated different calories for each member dependent on their needs? If so then I don't think you need any more explanation, you have the hover box for the oil don't you?

I am going to have to make that cheesecake at some point, just not this week!

Thanks for this Allegra, was worried mine was too cloudy n milky-looking, but mine looked just like yours - have made it into iced tea now, gonna test once I've bought a strainer at Asda tonight (didn't liquidise mine quite enough so it's a bit lumpy!), it's chilling in the fridge at the mo. :)

ETA: How bloomin' tidy and organised are you in the kitchen?! V. impressive.
