Right- should all be sorted. Back in June I realised the account had gone overdrawn as my iTunes account was still linked to it when I thought it was linked to another account! I immediately transferred money across to get out of overdraft and cover any charges. It turns out I had underestimated the charges and the charges took me into unauthorised overdraft again in July. I haven't a clue as to how I've missed this up to now but hopefully it is all sorted now. In half term I'll go in and close the account!
On the plus side I shouldn't owe charges as it was charges that took me overdrawn and I don't think they charge you for that!
Still annoyed with myself for the whole thing though!

    Thanks Froggy.
I guess it brought back memories of not so good times as a dfw before my lbm! I definitely don't want to slip back into bad habits. However, I know I'm a lot different now. I'm a lot more aware now as you say!

I'm reading a book called Success Intelligence at the moment. It is very thought provoking! In the first section it has been looking at how many people mistake being busy for being successful. It challenges you to find out who you are and define what your purposes are as well as what you really want in being successful.

Yet again I feel the need to work on balance in my life. I need to find the fun when I'm not working rather than spending most of my non- working time recovering from working! I need to find ways of working more effectively so that I can work less hours. It might take a time investment to start but with organisation and researching some ideas I'm sure I'll do it!

As it says in the book busy, busy, busy, busy, busy........dead
Time for some living amongst the busyness I think!

    hi jellie

definitely need something more than busy busy busy busy dead

At the weekend I got asked how I saw myself in 40 years time - I said with a mansion, servants and living a jet set lifestyle with family and friends around - My friend answered the same question and said dead!! I think I will subconsciously plan for a rather better future than my friend - but I do agree it requires thought rather than just drifting..

    :D
Great- I can start a list!
    Busy
    Sleep
    Busy
    Eat
    Fun with Oh
    Sleep :D

I can feel a time audit coming on!

So does making lists and plans count as busy?? ;)

SH- that conversation is bit of a coincidence! I still plan to be alive in 40 years too. Having happily retired after a lottery win 40 years previously!
