I don't find it as easy as the non virtual kind Dansmum- seems to take longer and the results aren't as obvious!
Thanks for dropping in Chrisblue. Always good to catch up with you.
Haven't got much done yet as feeling very run down. Mainly been reading about capsule wardrobes and trying to get inspired into action!

Thanks Dansmum- I've been fighting off various cold symptoms since we started back at school so trying to rest whenever I can. Have had a chilled out day sewing. Finished my tunic and it seems wearable! I started it as my first make but the skirt went faster. There are a few things I will do differently when I make it again. I did a zigzag stitch to stop fraying but then worked out to overcast properly when I did the skirt. The pattern left the edges unfinished so I added hems and I'll bear that in mind from the start next time.

Now I'm not sure whether to repeat these two garments again with the new fabric I have or whether to try my other top or dress pattern.

I'm completely wiped today. Only just surfaced and to be honest could quite easily still be asleep! Can't see me doing much today!

Have a day off Jellie, just laze around today, that's what weekends are meant to be about!

Would love to Primula but have some marking to do. Just managed to finish the first set so will sleep and rest for a bit before doing the second lot! Thanks for the advice I will laze about as much as I can!
I'm cutting down to the minimum work I can get away with! Not sure whether to do some sewing- might be good to do something different but I don't want to wear myself out!

    Thanks smlsave and SH!
Had my nap and then finished my marking so have the evening to veg. Just about to relax in a bath.
I try my best to pace myself but work is pretty hectic all the time. However, there is really no need for me to run around keeping the house spotless or decluttering. It can wait for holidays!
So from now on when I'm thinking of my plans and lists I will plan to achieve them in my holidays and only do little bits and pieces at the weekend if they are either very important or if they are things that help me relax!
Have left the gardening this weekend and will just get the gardener in to do it! A little bit of money but well worth it.
