It's all a ruse. Henpecked is planning to bury his wife after a falling out over a peg bag and has cleverly covered up by pretending its a dog getting buried and having plenty of evidence on here in case of any awkward questions in the future!

:rotfl:Very funny - reminded me of Gerard Hoffnung ("The Bricklayer's Lament") - every time you think the situation cannot get any worse, it does. :T

I laughed till I cried once at a thread on here about cheap chickens from Asda, and the chicken brigade came out en masse and some very witty posts abounded.

But this thread tops it. Absolutely hilarious! Well done HP1 and many thanks for the entertainment.

Good point about the top soil. I dont think they have thought it through.

I have some bags of bark in the shed but no sure whether they think i am taking the mick.
I thought the 'bark' in the shed was even funnier than the bag for life. Great fun reading. Thanks

This has actually gone onto Martins email this week.
    Very very good.

Not many people can claim to have conned Martin Lewis.

There should be some kind of prize.

Right, here is the latest. I can post this as it will not make a blinding bit of difference.

The EA called this am at 10am to say they had a very upset Mr Jones on the phone. Mrs Jones was so distraught she can't even speak at the moment. They have decided not to buy our house citing distress at our actions. They have also commented to the EA that due to my actions, they will be seeking compensation for their survey costs, solicitors fees and out of pocket expenses incurred for the removal of the dog from the property.

I have told the EA that should they decide to pull out over a trivial matter non related to the purchase, I will defend these costs and counterclaim for the reinstatement of the garden pond, the peg bag, and Koi "goldfish" not to mention the time we have spent running around after them, also costs incurred in cleaning the area as I am assuming I will need to have someone in to ensure the land isnt contaminated. I am awaiting a call back from the EA this pm to find out how this is going to go. I have threatened to put the house back on the market which we will do today if they do not play ball.

The Mrs is now fuming that I even started this thread which will probably delay trying for a baby for another month.
