    It depends on the age of the fish really, little young Koi would be ok in a pond without filters etc..

    Thing is, they are not small/young for long are they? We got ours 2 years ago at 2 inches - within 4 months they were 6 inches, a year later they are almost 10 inches. There is no way they could not live in an unfiltered pond for long. Koi grow fast, unless of course you do not feed them.

    I can't believe people are still falling for it though. Good job.

    Great Danes are quite some size.. what you need is to force it into the 1100 litre water tank buried in your garden ,

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    And then be washing all the bits you might have used in the garden in your dishwasher.

    Payless, check out post 1027 (the last one at the moment): https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1766491 The irony!! LOL!!

    Problem is I keep Koi in it and I wasnt planning on taking them with me.

    All seems a nightmare now. Yes the pond space would be ideal, but what do I do about the fish?

    Why do you have to pay extra to ensure you get your dog back after cremation? Do they cremate a few in one go and then just divvy up the ashes?

    Pretty much....

    Depending on how many have to be done they are usually all done on economy 7....

    If they can't get thro the concrete:

    1. bury the head and use the rest as a rug (could always stamp 'welcome' on it)
    2. see if anyone has a steam roller and flatten it before burying (in a shoebox, lol)

    If they mark the spot with an apple tree, and then pull out of the sale, would you eat the apples?

    Yeah right, then you wouldn't even be able to see the fish. Koi are dirty fish and need filtering, no pump and filter they will die. Goldfish you'd get away with but not Koi I am afraid.

    I have three koi (and some shubunkins and goldfish) in an unfiltered pond. I have a small solar powered pump and I top the water up with a hose a couple of times a week. They all seem fine.
