As I didn't think they'd be able to bury a pet in a rented home, and then they could just be trying to save money rather than paying for a cremation.
They should have paid the extra money to ensure that it was their dog's ashes that they got back, if that was the worry.
they are selling. it is their daughter who lives in council flat with no garden of her own.0 -

Give them an ultimatum, that out of respect to the neighbours you can't allow this to happen beyond 9pm....0 -
There couldn't have been much room for the daughter to move around in if the dane lived in the flat too. Is he called ( or was he called) Shmicheal by any chance? Excuse spelling but my danish isn't too good!0

I seriously think this should have been discussed with your Solicitor before you agreed to it.
I do hope this a wind up as there is no way that without a jack hammer he is going to manage to get through the concrete. Have you agreed with them as to who is removing the concrete from your garden, what sort of finish there is going to i.e. flush flat etc etc
It all sounds very worrying, what happens if he doens't finish tonight?Turning our clutter to top up our house deposit: £3000/£303.05 we're on our way!0 -
what if they change their minds and want the dog somewhere else, like under a tree on its favourite walk?0
