Morning All :hello:
I was AF last night making 3 nights in September and 15 nights in the last 3 weeks - not too shabby really and a darn sight better than the first 2 weeks in August when I as on holiday.:o Kept to 1500 calories too.
Off to catch up on what you've all been up to.
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

good luck with your diet, are you doing a specific one or just cutting down?
Just cutting down and recording my calories in a spread sheet. It works for me, as when I have to record what I eat and drink it makes me think, rather than eating and drinking mindlessly.
Good Luck to you too. I have realised that I seem to go a little wild in the summer - worse than Christmas tbh.:cool:What do we do when we fall? Aint that the truth - ife is hard and scary for most isn't it? It's no wonder we drink, smoke, eat, etc....What do we do when we fall? Morning everyone! I've been up and about early after a lovely night's sleep - I sleep really well when I'm not drinking (I think that's the opposite to a lot of people on here but I find that alcohol makes me wake up after a few hours). Welcome DD - congrats on giving up smoking, I gave up 9 years ago thank God. That's what keeps me going in my efforts to stop drinking, the fact that I managed to give up smoking. Shaggy - thanks for the link, will check that out now. Have a great Sunday everyone xxSober October = 0 alcohol free days
Weight lost so far = 0lb
No spend days so far = 00 -
AF yesterday, its quite a relief to my head that I have decided not to go teetotal but to just remain AF most days instead of drinking most days which allows me to let my hair down a little during holidays and Christmas etc. I thought I might rush out and buy a bottle of wine to celebrate my decision... but I didnt, maybe I can have a bit more control.....anyway thanks all for your continued support and interesting threads that keep me going. So far only 1 non AF days out of 25 days, I`m happy with that. Trasi0

Good morning all,
Blimey, this thread is growing at breakneck speed. I can't keep up with all the individual posts so well done and congratulations to all of you who are meeting their personal targets and commiserations to those who are still fighting with demons.
I was af yesterday so it's 2 for me please Shaggydoo. I plan to be af today so will post again tomorrow morning.
