:rotfl::rotfl: I am sure that it will all come flooding back! Good luck.
Hope so!
Very quiet at work today. Made my PAD, a piddly diddly squiddly bob, still it all helps. Went for a run at lunch time, so that's 3 this week. Had my pole class tonight and it was a good one. I managed to do almost everything we were asked to do including some stuff that I couldn't do at all last week. Very pleased. Have picked up a friction burn under my armpit, attractive - NOT!!
Read my book in a lovely hot bath though so hopefully it will ease all the aches and pains
Got to do my shopping tomorrow night and I will probably have to add it all up as I go roundStill I'm not going out this weekend so I'm hoping it will be a couple of NSDs - child benefit goes in on Tuesday :j

Oh Polesalot you do make me laugh ! Friction burns and forgetting where it all goesDC.

I really need to get my fringe cut. Fortunately my hairdresser will do it for free so long as I go for a cut & blow dry every so often. I've got a hair dye that's been sitting in my bathroom cupboard for about 2 weeks and I really need to cover the grey so hopefully I can get a new look for free this weekend
Very MSE
Possible new man is coming round on Sunday with some Muse Cds for me to listen to as I don't have all the albums. He's invited himself round for meringues (don't ask) as a thank you for fixing my washing line a couple of weeks ago. I'm going to do a pavlova providing my blasted oven can manage it. I'm going to mix maltesers and strawberries into the cream mmmmmmmm.........It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -

Thanks and welcome
Well today seems to be a day for not achieving things
I didn't go for a run because I had a banging headachewhich didn't go until I had taken 2 aspirin and had a coffee at 1pm.
I only made a PAD of £1
Overspent in Morrisons by £7 because things that weren't on my list kept appearing in the trolley. I'm hoping the CP doesn't come out of my account before Tuesday when the child benefit goes in.
Got absolutely soaked in the deluge just taking the trolley back to the trolley bay because I didn't have a coat because it was sunny when I left home this morning . It felt so wintry and I was shivering so much and even my feet were soaked. I had to have a long hot bath to warm up.
My washing is still on the line from Wednesday because the rain hasn't stayed away long enough for it to dry out
Still, I have Sunday to look forward toIt's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Yay for the weekend poles !
Got drenched so many times yesterday I gave up, was more like April.
Hope you have a twinkle in your eye for tomorrow.DC.

I am dyeing my hair. It's got another 32 minutes until I rinse it off, which will probably take me about an hour
. I had my fringe trimmed today so it always feels better dyeing it after that. I hope it looks OK because I'm trying a slightly different shade. I normally go for deep red brown but this one is *runs to bathroom to look at box* Morello Cherry - Deep Red. I suppose it won't matter what it looks like because it will all have disappeared down the plughole by the end of the week anyway
Haven't made a PAD today as my bank balance by my reckoning (not by the bank's) is negative so nothing to round down until Tuesday.
Haven't done anything DFW today apart from not go anywhere or spend any money so I suppose that counts. No surveys available for me at last count either. Desperately trying to get my OnePoll balance up to £40. I'm stuck on £32.25 at the moment. Still, should get it by end of September I reckon.
Got all my dusting and polishing done and even cleaned all the mirrors too which is no mean feat because I have a 4 door mirrored wardrobe  horrible job but I do like it when it's done.
Just got some ironing to do tonight after I've done my hair. My life is so boring, feels like I'm not putting anything exciting down....maybe after tomorrow there will be more going on in my life that I can update you with
Off to catch up with everyone else!!It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Oooo Poles I used to have that colour, its scrummy. Can I ask though do you ever get the dye on the windowsill, up the walls, on the floor, all over the towels, on the shower head, on the hairdryer handle. etc etc. I gave up dying my hair because I was so clumsy with it. Once I went to the hairdresser and he asked who did my colour I sensed a BECAUSE so I lied and said a friend did it and he laughed and said they ha:eek:d missed a big chunk at the back
You have a much more exciting life than me, poledancing, plumbers calling for meringues, running in lovely countryside. come on you need to start keeping a What made me smile today diary to help you appreciate what excitement there is in your life. Excitement isnt always the best way to enjoy life.
Well done on all the cleaning. Ironing any bedding by any chance :rotfl::rotfl:
